I Am Vitality was founded on the belief that true healing begins with understanding and addressing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. With over 30 years of experience, our founder, Dr. Maria Cristina, brings every client a unique combination of Western medical training and Eastern healing practices.
Our Expertise
Dr. Maria Cristina holds a Medical Degree from Mexico and a Master’s Degree in Chinese Traditional Medicine. Additionally, she is a certified Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Holistic Healer. Her extensive background allows us to offer a wide range of services—from acupuncture to coaching, acupressure, and energy healing—all tailored to each woman’s needs.
